Exsists of two different appartments:

1. Appartment Blu has a big livingroom with a divanobed. A complete kitchen and a separate bedroom with dubbelbed and bathroom "en suite" with a shower. Also available a quiet terass located in the court.
   
2. Appartment red exsists of a large "superior" bedroom, and a separate room with a divanobed. The bathroom has a shower/bath and a sauna Finlandia. The appartment has no kitchen but a waterboiler and a toaster.
   

Extra.s: The rooms have a flatscreen lcd television,minibar, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, and acces for internet.

Prices per day:

• Appatment 65 mq € 70,00 -  100,00
• Loft 45 mq € 70,00 -  100,00
• Extra 3° e 4° persona € 20,00
• Single room   € 50,00 - 70,00
• Animals (on request) 10 euros a day
• The rooms are provided with a lcd flatscreen television. Private bathroom and hairdryer for app. blue and showerbath for app. Red.
• Minibar and garage on request-
• Possible bedlaundry.
• App. Red has a sauna Finlandia for 20 euros a day.
• Arrival (check in): from h. To 14.00 h. 20:00
• Departure (check out) before h. 11.00
  

Conditions:

At the moment of booking we ask 50% of the total ammount of the invoice. The booking will be confirmed when the down payment has arrived. In case of late arrival or early departure the payment will be withheld. Payment only in cash.

Details:

Casa Vacanze Corte Nuova has been open recently in Valeggio sul Mincio in a residential area.
Ideal situated for a visit to the Park Giardino Sigurtà at 400 meters distance.
Also the ancient town of Borghetto at 800 meters. All the other parcs like (Gardaland, Caneva World, Parco Natura Viva) are at ten minutes driving range.
For wellness and spa"s, Sirmione and Colà are in easy reach. Golfplayers will find two courses nearbye: Golf Paradiso and Golf Verona in Villafranca.
Also a perfect location to visit Verona with the Arena and Mantova.

On request possible to hire a car or limosine with driver.
